The Augustus of Prima Porta is a statue from the 1st century after the Roman emperor Augustus. The statue was discovered on the 20th of april 1863 in the villa of Augustus` wife Livia. Nowadays the statue is exhibited in the Vatican Museums.

This bust is completely handmade of alabaster. It has a height of 14 cm and is finished with bronze patina.
