Deepeeka Cintus Transdierna

Product description

This cintus is based on belt fittings found in the fortification of Transdierna, modern day Tekija, in Serbia. They date from the second half of the first century AD, the Flavian period. The original buckle was made from silver and is currently in the National museum in Belgrade.
The belt has two fittings to hang the pugio from. It is made of cow leather and tin-plated brass. It is suitable for a waist circumference between 97 and 116 cm, although it can be adjusted to larger waist circumferences by punching extra belt holes. Weight: approx. 800 g.

Maintenance & care
Just as with weaponry, you can care for your shoes and leatherware by applying a little Ballistol after cleaning. This prevents the leather from drying out.

Recycle the material by separating your waste:
1. Cardboard: separate or reuse your paper.
2. Plastic cushions, clothing bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse your plastic. If possible, pierce the cushions with a volume reduction needle.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
